A huge part of what we do here at Reed is helping people find long-lasting, meaningful careers. In 2024-25 we matched 1.2 million people to job opportunities through Reed and Reed.co.uk.

What we do...

Reed supports career growth by offering thousands of courses and professional qualifications via Reed.co.uk, Reed Learning and the Reed Business School. We also acquired Code Nation in 2024, a technical training provider which aims to close the growing skills gap.

What we do...

Making sure our co-members feel a sense of belonging in the workplace is an essential part of life at Reed. We have an inclusion and belonging working group with five workstreams for: gender, LGBTQ+, religion, race and ethnicity, ability and age.

We also know how important employee wellbeing is, and have a range of initiatives in place to support our co-members, including access to digital resources and wellbeing rooms.
