Whether you are an early career teacher (ECT) or looking for a senior leadership position, our expert recruiters will be able to match you to the perfect position and institution.

Many of our specialist education consultants come from teaching backgrounds, giving them great perspective on your needs and desires from any new role.

Secondary & SEND

Reed’s specialist education recruiters have vast experience in matching secondary and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) professionals to their ideal role.

Our SEND recruiters receive continuous training to ensure they stay abreast of the latest developments in the sector, meaning they are fully versed with this critical aspect of education.

This expertise allows our team to understand the complexity and varying requirements for
different SEND positions, meaning they will only recommend jobs which fit your skills and experience.

Our consultants’ wide networks across secondary education mean that, as well as offering a variety of classroom and leadership roles, we also support tutors, invigilators and academic mentors in finding new roles.

Reed offers all our education professionals access to high-quality continuing professional development (CPD), helping you to meet the personal development benchmarks set out in the Teachers’ Standards.
