As working conditions across the UK adapt and develop with every passing year, HR professionals continue to play a crucial role in navigating legislation changes across the workforce.

Employment law is extremely dynamic and subject to frequent legislative and case law developments – making it all the more important that HR professionals stay up to date with the latest changes that may affect their business and entire HR functions.

Join Reed and our guest speaker Damian Kelly, Partner and Head of the Employment Law team at Lodders Solicitors, as he offers important information and guidance around employment law practices that are vital for business success.

During this exclusive, in-person event at The Venture Centre in Coventry, we’ll be examining the latest guidance around:

  • Flexible working in a post-pandemic world: What has changed? Will things ever be the same again? How to stay on the right side of the law and increase productivity.

  • Handling redundancies: Navigating the legal minefield – how to downsize safely and effectively while minimising your claims risks.

This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask Damian questions, leaning on his expertise as a prominent figure in the field of employment law.
