Stuart Seagrove, Senior Associate Solicitor & Head of Employment, Biscoes Solicitors
Stuart heads up the employment law team at Biscoes and is a Solicitor with substantial experience in assisting clients with a full range of employment issues.
Practicing in the field of employment law for over 20 years, he advises businesses and individuals across a full spectrum of matters but has particular experience dealing with employment tribunal litigation involving unfair dismissals, whistleblowing cases and claims concerning all areas of discrimination.
He has also provided employment law assistance in a range of transactions where businesses have been transferred and has provided TUPE advice in a number of complicated matters involving the sale and purchase of companies in insolvency situations.
Sultana Ali, Business Immigration Solicitor & Head of Immigration, Biscoes Solicitors
Sultana joined Biscoes in 2017 as an Immigration Solicitor and now leads the firm’s immigration department.
Her particular focus lies in supporting businesses with obtaining and maintaining sponsor licences, hiring overseas skilled workers and ensuring compliance with sponsorship duties.
She regularly collaborates with HR professionals and has delivered training on Right to Work checks, helping organisations stay compliant and informed.
Jamie Garrett, Head of Sales and Marketing, PETA Training & Consultancy
As Head of Sales, Jamie’s remit is to create, manage and grow a commercial sale and account management operation. This involves assessing certain areas where the organisation needs to improve to maximise its exposure and return, implementing a strategic programme to achieve this whilst making sure this does not deter from the company’s mission and vision.
After 20 years, James has been exposed to a huge range of sales training programmes, different approaches and strategies, alternative methodologies and more.
