Katherine is part of HCR Law’s employment team, advising a diverse range of clients, from ambitious startups to major international organisations, as well as employees at all levels.

She is passionate about the variety that employment law offers, both in the people she works with and the wide-ranging issues they face. Katherine takes a client-focused approach, investing time in understanding each client’s unique circumstances and objectives to deliver practical, tailored advice and achieve the best possible outcome.

Lisa Kemp, Employment and Immigration – Partner, HCR Law

Lisa is a Partner in HCR Law’s employment and immigration team based in Worcester. Since qualifying in 2010, she has advised a broad range of employers on all aspects of employment law, supporting businesses of varying sizes across multiple sectors.

Recruited by HCR to help grow and strengthen the employment practice in Worcester, Lisa is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s specific needs. She works closely with organisations to help them navigate workplace challenges, manage risk, and achieve positive outcomes for their people and business.
