Alex joined Reed’s graduate scheme in September 2016 after completing a degree in genetics from the University of Nottingham. Initially joining the Leeds office to cover qualified social work recruitment, he began to cover educational psychology around five years ago and took over sole responsibility for this sector at the start of 2022.

Alex’s team covers educational psychology and SEN recruitment within local authorities across the UK and he takes pride in delivering a tailored service. Having worked in the sector for several years, we provide the best possible support to our clients in a way that works for them and associate EPs.

Alex is passionate about maintaining high standards of sector expertise, which helps us stand out from our competitors.

One of Alex’s favourite things about working within the educational psychology sector is the knowledge that our recruitment support to local authorities positively impacts the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Working for Reed means contributing to good causes in more ways than one – we are 18% owned by The Reed Foundation, a registered charity.
