Is your organisation ready for the AI revolution – or are you overlooking the risks?
As AI becomes more embedded in recruitment, performance management, and decision-making, HR professionals must be equipped to navigate the ethical and legal challenges it brings. From algorithmic bias to data rights, the consequences of missteps can be significant – for both employees and employers.
This session, brought to you in partnership with Anderson Strathern, will explore the key risks HR professionals should be aware of when integrating AI into workplace processes. We’ll examine how seemingly neutral technologies can inadvertently lead to discrimination or unfair outcomes.
