During the second session, the Menzies team will delve into how HR can become a key enabler of business growth, focusing on workforce planning, skills, recruitment, retention and creating a compelling employee proposition. This session will also shed light on whether HR systems, processes and management capability are keeping pace with growth and future workforce needs.
