Andy Oury, Owner Partner, OC Chartered AccountantsÂ
Andy is a Partner at Oury Clark, an integrated legal and accounting firm that has been advising business owners for nearly 100 years. He leads on complex advisory work - cross-border tax, corporate structuring, R&D relief, and HMRC disputes - for entrepreneurs, private clients, and the hundreds of overseas companies Oury Clark helps land in the UK each year. Â
He is also one of the more outspoken voices in UK tax policy, writing and campaigning on the tax gap, wealth taxes, and Making Tax Digital, and co-hosting a podcast. Â
Emma Florentin-Lee, Owner Partner, OC Chartered AccountantsÂ
Emma trained with Oury Clark and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009 before leaving the firm to go travelling. On her return, she decided to take up employment in London before rejoining the firm in April 2021. In the intervening years she became a chartered tax advisor winning both the Spofforth Medal and the Walters Kluwer prize for her performance in the inheritance tax, trusts, and estates paper. Â
Emma is a general partner dealing with personal tax, estates, and trusts as well as corporate entities. She has experience dealing with a wide range of personal tax clients including high-net-worth individuals and non-domiciliaries. She also advises on overseas trusts and their UK tax implications as well as being able to manage audits and advises on a range of accounting and taxation issues for SMEs, their directors, and shareholders.Â
Ian Phipps, Owner Partner, OC Chartered Accountants
Ian joined Oury Clark in 1999 and became a partner in 2000. A chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser, he advises UK and international businesses on a broad range of commercial, tax and strategic matters.
Ian has particular expertise in M&A transactions, due diligence and property sector advisory work, helping businesses navigate growth, acquisitions and expansion into the UK market.

Andrew heads the financial services team at Oury Clark. The team helps individuals with their financial planning (retirement planning, tax efficient investment, mortgage finance, life and sickness protection).  They also help small and medium-size companies with the implementation and marketing of their employee benefits.
