Guest speaker
Sam Greenhalgh, Partner, Birketts LLP
Sam qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and joined Birketts in 2014. He is a Partner in the employment team and leads their ‘Shaping Excellence’ training division.
Sam advises large companies, SMEs, charities and senior executives on all aspects of employment law including representing clients in employment tribunal claims. Sam has experience in advising on collective redundancy exercises and multi-claim employment tribunal litigation. He has extensive experience advising clients in the food and beverage, transport and logistics, social housing, and engineering and manufacturing sectors.
During his time at Birketts, Sam has developed the ‘Shaping Excellence’ training division that delivers legal training to clients on all aspects of employment law and overseas training delivery and development within other disciplines across the firm.
In other roles, Sam is a Director of the Employment Lawyers Association, Chair of Governors at Ashleigh Primary School and provides pro-bono advice for the Norfolk Community Law Service.
