Shazeb Khan

Shazeb joined Reed in January 2022 as a talent sourcing specialist in the qualified social worker recruitment team and has since progressed to his current role as a Practice Lead. He comes from a sales and customer service background, which has allowed him to bring transferable skills and valuable experience with him. Reed has also given him ample opportunities to succeed and progress.

For Shazeb, the best part of his job is engaging with qualified social workers on a daily basis, getting the greatest satisfaction from helping people find their ideal roles. He enjoys his job because of the type of work he’s doing, and because of the amazing people he works with every day in his team. He feels lucky to work in a very supportive environment where everybody genuinely goes out of their way to help others.

Over the coming months and years, Shazeb hopes to keep developing his knowledge and experience within Reed’s qualified social workers team.
