Although new to Reed, joining in 2023, Sam has valuable recruitment experience in the health and social care sector, with her strong sales and customer service background giving her a deep understanding of the market and skills required for success. Sam's recruitment journey started when she sought a role through a recruiter, who suggested she had the skills to pursue a career in recruitment herself. She has not looked back since.
Sam’s favourite aspect of recruitment is assisting talented individuals in finding dream roles. She sees it as incredibly rewarding to be part of such a significant experience in people’s lives, and feels she’s at her best when helping others.
