Now more than ever, effective equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) processes in the workplace are imperative.

The benefits of EDI can help organisations develop robust talent acquisition strategies, futureproofing for continued success – and helping them stand out from the crowd.

EDI is always evolving to ensure professionals of all backgrounds can prosper and grow – highlighting the importance for HR leaders to keep their knowledge up to date on key issues that may affect their business and entire HR function.

Join Reed and our guest speakers Poppy Ford and Esmat Faiz, both solicitors at Irwin Mitchell, as we examine the impact equality, diversity and inclusion has in the workplace.

During this exclusive event at the Crowne Plaza in Crawley, we’ll also be looking at the positive impact of women in leadership roles. We’ll be joined by Helen Foster, Regional Manager at Reed, who will be discussing her journey to leadership and the wider business case behind developing female talent at senior levels.

This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice within the HR space.
