Is your business aware of the recent changes to flexible working?
As working conditions across the UK adapt and develop with every passing year, HR and business professionals continue to play a pivotal role in navigating workplace changes – particularly when it comes to flexible working.
Flexible working is a highly sought-after benefit, with more than a third of UK professionals desiring it, according to findings in our 2024 salary guides survey. As such, it’s vital that HR leaders stay up to date with what employees most value from their benefits packages and understand how their offerings can affect the business.
Join Reed and our guest speakers Robert Hickford and Claire Sleep, both employment law partners at Ashtons Legal, as we delve into the intricacies of flexible working and the Flexible Working Act 2024.
During this face-to-face event at Ashtons Legal in Bury St Edmunds, we will provide an update on the recently passed Act and the new measures which are now in force, as well as discussing changes that have been made to holiday pay and those planned for TUPE.
This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, have your questions answered, and share best practice within the HR space.
