As Generation Alpha begins to enter the workforce, organisations will soon be managing five distinct generations side by side – baby boomers, gen X, millennials, gen Z, and now gen alpha.

Each generation brings unique perspectives, values, and expectations to the workplace, creating both exciting opportunities and complex challenges for employers and managers.

Join Reed and Capital Law as we explore how to effectively manage a multi-generational workforce. From communication styles and work expectations to attitudes around flexibility, job loyalty, and mental health, this session will help you navigate the evolving dynamics of today’s diverse workplace.

Why attend?

  • Understand generational differences and how they impact workplace culture, collaboration, and performance.

  • Gain practical strategies to foster inclusion, reduce inter-generational conflict, and boost engagement across all age groups.

  • Learn from lived experience as three expert employment lawyers from Capital Law – each representing a different generation – share their insights and perspectives:

    • Richard Thomas – Employment Law Partner (gen X)

    • Rebecca Mahon – Senior Associate (millennial)

    • Evie Williams – Solicitor (gen Z)

Whether you're an HR professional, team leader, or business owner, this seminar will equip you with the tools to lead a more cohesive, motivated, and future-ready workforce. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve.
