Zivo has been with Reed since early 2022 as a Talent Sourcing Specialist in the qualified social workers projects team, recruiting for both children’s and adult sector social workers to join our projects.
Zivo’s role requires him to source the right professionals for each role, ensuring their compliance, setting up their chosen pay method, providing social workers with all the information they need to the start their role, and updating them throughout the project on any changes that occur.
Through this role, Zivo has gained excellent communication and listening skills, which allows him to fully understand social workers’ requirements and what they want for their next role, ensuring their happiness through the recruitment journey.
