Julie advises commercial clients on a wide range of employment and HR matters, including holiday pay, GDPR, restrictive covenants, senior management exits, and complex unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. Known for her clear, tailored advice and practical approach, Julie is trusted by businesses across sectors, including education, to resolve sensitive workplace issues.

Julie is an affiliate member and Vice-Chair of her local CIPD branch, a trustee of the Ron Shepherd Trust supporting CIPD students, and a governor at St Margaret’s Church of England Primary School. Julie is also a qualified mental health first aider, reflecting her commitment to wellbeing in the workplace.
