Is your business up to date when it comes to employment law?

As you may be aware, The UK government's plan to ‘Make Work Pay’ changes multiple aspects of employment law.

In addition to the Employment Rights Bill, where the majority of the proposals are laid out, the Make Work Pay plan also involves other non-regulatory consultations, amendments to codes, and guidance. With employment law always adapting, it’s crucial for HR professionals to stay informed and prepared.

Join Reed and our guest speakers Andrew Masters and Patrick Glencross from solicitor firm Furley Page, as they guide you through the latest updates to employment law. This session will highlight the key areas that HR functions need to be aware of, as well as useful information on retaining talent, rewards, and hybrid working.

Our speakers will also provide practical advice on how to navigate employment law updates effectively, ensuring your organisation remains compliant and ahead of the curve.

Why attend?

  • Get the latest information on employment law changes directly from experts.

  • Learn how to implement these changes within your HR practices.

  • Have your questions answered during an interactive Q&A segment.

  • Connect with fellow HR professionals and industry leaders. Networking starts from 8.30am, with the session getting underway at 9am.
