Angela Griffiths, Registered Social Worker & Independent Social Care Consultant As a Registered Social Worker and an Independent Social Care Consultant, Angela has over 30 years of experience in the field of children's social care. She works with children's homes, organisations, and local authorities to provide them with training, coaching, and consulting services that help them improve their practices, ensure effective safeguarding, and evidence the provision of high-quality care for children and young people.
In 2015, she founded Children's Homes Improvement Ltd, a consultancy that offers bespoke and tailored support to meet the diverse and complex needs of the social care sector. The company’s mission is to support, empower, inspire, and collaborate with individuals and teams to improve outcomes and innovations in children's social care. We also offer supervision, mentoring, and training for responsible individuals, registered managers, and care teams together with Regulation 44 visits, mock inspections and strategic support.
