The webinar explored how you can manage your mental wellbeing while working from home, as well as how as an employer, your business can improve their employee mental wellbeing approach and measure the success of implemented strategies.

Dr Roxane L. Gervais, Occupational and Organisational Psychologist at Practical Psychology Consultancy, discussed how you as an employee can manage your mental wellbeing, how and where to seek support, and practical techniques that can improve your mental wellbeing while working from home.

Eileen Donnelly, Business and Wellbeing Lead, What Works Centre for Wellbeing, explored how employers can approach mental wellbeing when working remotely. She covered employee stress points, such as returning to work after furlough, anxiety around coming back into the workplace, and discussed best practice strategies that employers can implement to ensure employee mental wellbeing is addressed thoroughly. Eileen also addressed the importance of measurement, to ensure that mental wellbeing strategies are successful.
