Manuela Doutel Haghighi, Global Account Success Director, Microsoft

Manuela is a trilingual and multicultural technology global professional who brings over 20+ years of experience in the technology services industry selling, delivering, and managing P&L from start-ups to FTSE100 organisations. She is a natural, agile leader who has led both global and local teams and is an expert in building successful partnerships with clients. She is also a passionate advocate who regularly speaks and writes on diversity, inclusion, mindfulness, and women in technology, including creating, running and expanding women´s networks and mentoring programmes.

Magdalene Amegashitsi, Consultant Manager, Avanade UKI and Ambassador for Tech Talent Charter

Magdalene is an experienced Consultant Manager at Avanade UKI, who specialises in advanced data analytics. Magdalene is also a Co-Lead for the UKI Women’s Employee Network and was incremental in setting up the UKI chapter of the network in 2019, including the launch and growth of several initiatives such as the Working Parents Group, Ted Talk Series, and Pathways to Success webinar sessions. All to inspire and encourage career growth and development.

Magdalene is also an Ambassador for the Tech Talent Charter (TTC), a non-profit organisation leading a movement to address inequality in the UK tech sector and drive inclusion and diversity in a practical and uniquely measurable way. As part of the role, she models for the TTC’s ‘Doing It Anyway’ campaign and is involved in several initiatives aimed to encourage women to consider a tech career.

Maria Jose Lloret Crespo, Vice President, Global Application Services

Maria has worked in GE for most of her professional career, working in various industries such as manufacturing and aviation, in different IT and process automation roles. Most recently, Maria has ventured into becoming the Vice President of IT Operations and Chief Technologist at Johnson Controls.

Additionally, she runs IT operations and delivery for applications and data services at Aptiv and is responsible for building a future-ready technology foundation that enables business aspirations, reduces risk exposure, and promotes a data-driven culture. Maria Jose also holds a master’s degree in computer science engineering.

Barbara Gottardi, Chief Information Officer, Vanguard Europe

Barbara is a knowledgeable professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously she spent 16 years at HSBC, covering several senior leadership roles in a variety of areas, including investment banking, asset management, retail banking and wealth management.

Currently, Barbara focuses on delivery in her role as Chief Information Officer for Vanguard Europe, where she uses her vast experience and leadership skills to bring structure to chaos, to build a high-performing global team.
