Come along to Reed’s Tech on the Tyne meetup and join the interactive session delivered by our guest speakers from global professional services company, Accenture UK, as they delve into the topic of generative AI.
During this free face-to-face meetup, our speakers will be using their industry expertise to guide, inform and demonstrate some of the abilities of generative AI – split between two thought-provoking talks.
In session one, Erin Kinnee, Design Thinking Lead at Accenture UK, will guide attendees through a journey based on food poverty. She will explore the challenges that food poverty presents and how to donate – demonstrating the capabilities of generative AI and how it can be used in reducing hunger.
Session two will see Paul McMurray, Accenture UK’s Live Support Manager and Software Engineer, delve into the report and 2024 technology vision, ‘Human by Design: How AI unleashes the next level of human potential’.
The report explores how generative AI, spatial computing and body-sensing technologies have the potential to accelerate unprecedented change across industries and help organisations reinvent their businesses. Paul will reinforce the messaging that it’s more important than ever that enterprises innovate with purpose and build technologies that amplify, rather than overshadow, human potential.
As a Tech on the Tyne event, this meetup has been designed to familiarise you with the latest tech, providing a ‘hands on’ experience.
This event is being held in association with Dynamo North East.
