Are you prepared to manage the human and legal fallout of a cyber breach? Do you understand the employment risks that arise when your organisation is under digital attack?

Cyber breach incidents create significant business risk, often involving an array of people-related issues.

Join us in Bristol for a dynamic, in-person workshop led by CMS employment and cyber risk specialists. This session will examine the many risks and issues to consider from an employment/people-related perspective in response to a cyber breach. We will look at prevention strategies, providing practical takeaways to help your organisation mitigate the risks associated with a cyber attack.

Specialist lawyers from the employment and cyber risk teams at CMS will share experiences and run through scenarios designed to help you in planning and preparing for a cyber attack, as well as dealing with the fall out. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to help mitigate risk and protect your people.

In this free workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Explore the employment law implications of a cyber breach.

  • Learn how to prepare your workforce for digital crises.

  • Understand key prevention strategies and response protocols.

  • Participate in a scenario-based exercise to test your readiness.

  • Network with peers and speak one-on-one with legal experts.
