In today’s fast-paced work environment, HR professionals are the backbone of employee wellbeing – yet their own needs are often overlooked.
As the demands of HR continues to grow – from strategic planning to the emotional weight of people management – it’s easy for self-care to fall by the wayside. That’s why it’s essential for HR professionals to prioritise their own mental health, even as they support the wellbeing of others across their organisations.
Join Reed and solicitor firm Knights for a practical, thought-provoking event designed to equip HR professionals with the tools and strategies needed to build healthier, more supportive workplaces – for themselves and their teams.
