Is your business harnessing environmental, social and governance (ESG) and flexibility in the workplace to their full potential?

In today’s climate, people are becoming more aware of how their actions affect everyone and everything around them. When it comes to ESG, companies have the responsibility to take positive climate action, build a more sustainable, resilient future and enhance their ESG policies and practices to create a better environment for their staff.

Join Reed and our guest speaker Maria Gallucci, Partner and Head of Commercial at Woodfines Solicitors, as she offers the latest information and guidance around the hot topics of ESG and flexibility in the working world.

During this exclusive, in-person seminar at Reed’s head office in Brackmills Business Park in Northampton, we’ll be examining how organisations can use this information and effectively apply it to their business, creating a more sustainable future for all. The session will be split into two separate talks from our speaker.

In session one, Maria will be discussing ESG in more detail and the employment implications that surround it. She will look at why ESG matters and the key areas that employers should focus on when creating or enhancing their sustainability strategies.

Session two will explore flexibility in a post-pandemic working world, where Maria will talk about hybrid and flexible working models – including the legal rights surrounding these – and what the mental health implications can be.

This seminar provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discuss any queries they have around these subjects and how they would apply specifically to their organisations.
