Meg joined Reed in January 2023, initially in a temporary role as a PMO administrator before progressing into her current position as Delivery Consultant within the qualified social workers team. As a Delivery Consultant, Meg plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions within the public sector, with a particular focus on educational psychology (EP) and special educational needs and disability (SEND) services. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of each project, she provides consistent support and oversight from initiation through to completion.

Meg’s responsibilities include managing the operational delivery of projects during the implementation phase, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. She works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate resources, resolve challenges, and maintain transparent communication - all while driving service excellence.
