Leonie Goldson

Leonie has worked in the health and care sector for 25 years and has been with Reed’s community care division for 15 years.

Throughout her career she has been instrumental in delivering a range of care and support services to vulnerable people in their own homes and within their communities - including in her previous role as a trustee in a local charity.

As a National Development Manager, Leonie leads and facilitates the operations of a team of registered care managers across the country. She is responsible for interpreting and executing the implementation of regulation, contract preparation, contract management, safeguarding and complaint handling, through to developing and creating policies and safe-working practices.

Leonie is passionate about social care and truly believes that everyone has the right to receive high quality care and support.
