Kayleigh is a Team Manager within the QSW team at Reed, which specialises in recruiting social workers, from newly qualified professionals up to director level. Her team covers the Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and North Wales areas, connecting talented social workers with meaningful job opportunities in those regions.

Kayleigh has been a valued member of the Reed family since 2017, starting as a consultant focused on qualified social workers for the Greater Manchester councils. Throughout her time in the business, she has progressed from senior consultant to recruitment manager, to her current role which she undertook in September 2022.

Recruiting social workers is a true passion of Kayleigh’s. Over the years, she has become an expert in the field, building strong and lasting relationships with professionals and employers. These connections give her a greater understanding of the unique needs of individuals and allows her to match social workers with suitable roles more easily.

Kayleigh finds the best part the consultant role is the opportunity to speak with social workers and find them a position where they can make a real difference. She takes great satisfaction in going above and beyond to ensure their Reed journey is a first-class experience, and finds the most joy from informing people they have been offered a job.
