Ian’s career has also included a successful tenure working directly with entrepreneur James Caan, where he managed and scaled a portfolio of recruitment businesses across multiple professional sectors. This experience further sharpened his strategic insight and leadership capabilities before he made a successful return to Reed.
Still very much a hands-on recruiter, Ian specialises in executive search and selection, with a particular focus on specialist lines risks. He leverages his extensive network and deep market knowledge to identify, assess, and secure top-tier talent for his clients – delivering results with precision and professionalism.
