Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across the business. This is a busy, office-based role where you will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly from initial order through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate projects from order placement through to final handover
Plan and manage installation schedules, deliveries, and project timelines
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance files
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
Support procurement activities, including tracking orders and supplier updates
Ensure all parties are aligned on schedules and requirements
Manage post-installation snagging and follow through to resolution
About You
Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administration
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
High attention to detail with accurate record-keeping abilities
Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or project management systems
Desirable
Experience within fit-out, construction, or interiors
Knowledge of installation coordination or compliance documentation
