About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Administrator to support a busy HR team. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes, supporting recruitment and general HR activities.
Following an initial training period of a few weeks working full-time in the office, you will transition to a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and responding to inbox queries in a timely manner
Uploading job vacancies onto internal and external systems
Coordinating recruitment activity, including confirming interviews
Contacting candidates and customers as required
Sending interview confirmations and supporting communications
Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Key Requirements
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Previous administrative experience (HR experience advantageous but not essential)
