Job Type: Full-time office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Executive to join a well-established and reputable company based in N11.
This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver a high standard of customer service across email and telephone.
Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Support two Area Managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
Book in works and coordinate scheduling.
Order supplies and ensure efficient stock management.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
