Are you the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly, thrives on variety, and loves being the go-to person in a busy office?
We're looking for a confident, proactive Office Manager to take ownership of our thriving Swindon headquarters and support our London office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional workplace experience while leading teams, managing facilities, and ensuring everything behind the scenes operates seamlessly.
📍 Swindon (SN5) - Fully Office Based, 5 Days Per Week
🚆 Monthly Travel to London Office (Expenses Paid)
💰 £35,000 per annum
Why You'll Love This Role
No two days are ever the same. One moment you'll be leading the reception team, the next you'll be coordinating facilities, managing suppliers, supporting health and safety initiatives, or solving an unexpected challenge.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and making a real impact across the business, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
✨ Leading and supporting Reception teams across both Swindon and London.
✨ Taking ownership of a fantastic office environment, including onsite facilities such as the gym, restaurant, and coffee bar.
✨ Building strong relationships with key suppliers and acting as the main point of contact for the onsite restaurant.
✨ Conducting regular reviews and ensuring facilities and services meet the highest standards.
✨ Managing workplace health and safety, including fire safety checks, hazard management, and maintaining a safe environment for all employees.
✨ Handling day-to-day operational challenges with confidence, professionalism, and a calm approach.
✨ Continuously looking for ways to improve the workplace experience for colleagues and visitors alike.
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous Office Management experience.
✔ Experience managing or supervising a team.
✔ A calm, level-headed approach and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ A proactive and organised mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
✔ Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
✔ Health & Safety or IOSH qualifications are beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to join a business that values initiative, collaboration, and exceptional workplace standards. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and play a key role in creating an environment where people enjoy coming to work every day.
