Day-to-day of the role:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting a diverse, multinational workforce.
Maintain accurate employee records, manage onboarding, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal workers.
Support compliance with UK employment law and manage workforce documentation.
Liaise with farm managers and coordinate HR initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous HR experience
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with diverse cultures.
