This role is permanent and is also hybrid so flexibility is offered. Job Summary The Advisor will play a key role in delivering effective HR support across the employee lifecycle. Employee relations: • Act as the lead HR contact for employee relations matters, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and best practice. • Take ownership of the end-to-end management of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, probation, absence management, flexible working requests, and workplace investigations, ensuring matters are handled consistently, fairly, and in line with policy and legislation. • Prepare and maintain employee relations documentation, correspondence, reports, and case records, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal and organisational requirements. • Coach and support managers to effectively manage employee relations matters, promoting best practice, early intervention, and consistent application of policies and procedures. • Lead welfare meetings and support managers with long-term sickness absence, occupational health referrals, reasonable adjustments, and employee wellbeing matters. • Identify employee relations trends and risks, providing recommendations to improve people management practices, mitigate organisational risk, and enhance the employee experience.
