HR Business Partner – 6 Month FTC Location: Remote Salary: £70,000 per annum
We are partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional to operate at a strategic level, supporting senior leaders during a period of organisational change and transformation.
The Role
As a trusted partner to your client group, you will lead on the delivery of the people agenda, aligning HR strategy with wider business goals. Acting as the key interface between the business and HR specialist teams, you will provide insight, challenge and solutions to drive performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to Managers and Senior Leaders, championing the HR function
Build strong relationships across the business, anticipating and addressing HR needs
Lead on organisational design, restructures and Target Operating Model development
Support and guide leaders through change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption
Analyse people data and produce insight-driven recommendations
Drive employee engagement initiatives and monitor ER climate
Support performance management and talent development strategies
Coach and challenge leaders to embed culture and improve outcomes
Contribute to wider HR strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and process DSAR requests
About You
Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level within complex environments
Strong organisational design and change management experience
Commercially astute with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes
Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
Experience working in unionised environments
Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
