Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact in a values-driven organisation? I’m looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join the team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, responsive HR service.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a true generalist HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with managers across the organisation, providing expert advice and hands-on support across a wide range of HR activities, including:
Leading on employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance & absence)
Coaching and supporting managers to drive best practice and fair people management
Monitoring absence trends and supporting wellbeing initiatives
Supporting change projects including TUPE, restructures and organisational development
Assisting with recruitment processes and onboarding activities
Contributing to HR policy development and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
Strong generalist HR background with ER case management experience
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-focused and able to manage a varied workload
Experience in health & social care (desirable but not essential)
