Temporary Client Survey Caller
Pulborough | Full Time | Temporary Assignment | 3 Weeks | Starting 5th October
Reed is working with a well-established local business in Pulborough that is looking for a confident and professional Temporary Client Survey Caller to support a short-term customer feedback project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people over the phone and has a keen eye for detail.
Duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to existing clients using a provided contact list
- Following a structured survey script and recording responses accurately online
- Updating spreadsheets and tracking completed contacts
- Gathering customer feedback, ratings and comments
- Maintaining a professional and friendly approach with a variety of contacts
- Ensuring all information is entered accurately and confidentially
What we're looking for:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Confident using online systems and Microsoft Excel
- Professional, personable and able to build rapport with a range of individuals
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- One-hour lunch break
Location:
- Office-based role in Pulborough
- Due to the location, access to your own transport may be advantageous
