We are seeking an outgoing, intelligent and driven individual who is eager to learn all aspects of the business and build a long-term career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a key point of contact for clients and guests.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Coordinate bookings, guest arrivals and service requests.
• Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with day-to-day business operations and gain exposure to different areas of the organisation.
• Participate in the out-of-hours rota approximately four times per year, covering emergency calls and guest meet-and-greets outside normal working hours.

Candidate Profile

• Previous customer service, hospitality, administrative or guest services experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, personable and professional.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Ambitious and keen to progress into a supervisory and management position over time.
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment.

• Starting salary of £26,000
