Are you a confident communicator with a passion for speaking to people and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join a growing team, with an immediate start available. Basic salary plus a generous commission scheme available.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous telesales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience who enjoys building rapport and creating opportunities through customer conversations.
The Role
- Contacting potential companies who may utilise the services of the business
- Qualifying customer requirements and identifying opportunities.
- Booking appointments for the sales team.
- Building strong relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system.
- Working towards appointment and performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar outbound calling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Confident, professional, and motivated approach.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Positive attitude with a drive to achieve results.
