Sales Operations Coordinator
12-month Fixed Term Contract.
We are currently recruiting for an experience Sales Operations Coordinator for a company based in Liverpool city centre. Our client are international so the role will be supporting a sales team here and global teams. Support day-to-day sales operations and ensure key processes run smoothly.
- Assist with managing sales policies, procedures, and internal programs.
- Provide support to sales teams on processes, systems, and operational queries.
- Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance data.
- Help maintain product and service pricing information.
- Support Salesforce CRM and CPQ users, including basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor data accuracy through regular checks and issue resolution.
- Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training resources. Write reports, and other administration where required.
- Project support.
- Assist with quoting, order management, and pricing activities.
- Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
We are looking for someone with experience of supporting a sales team, sales administration, business support or working within sales. You will have excellent IT skills (ideally knowledge of Salesforce) strong over all administration skills and the ability to work on projects,
We do need a team player who is also confident to working using their own initiative.
Working from the office Monday to Thursday and working from home Friday – 9am-5pm.
Salary range - £25,000pa - £29,000pa – depending on experience.
12-month Fixed term contract to cover maternity.
