I am excited to be representing a leading, innovative, building related company based in Altrincham. My client is expanding and looking to recruit on a temporary to permanent basis a customer service and orders administrator.

Role: Customer Service & Orders Administrator.
Location: Altrincham – 100% office based
Salary: £24,000 (£13.18 per hour)
Working Hours – 35 hours a week Monday to Friday predominantly 09:00 – 17:00

The Customer Service & Orders Administrator position plays a vital role in delivering great service to customers. Building relationships with customers and internal Sales Managers, in order to understand customer needs and work in a dedicated way to coordinate order fulfilment successfully.  

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels including managing incoming calls.  
  • Processing Customers Orders in ERP System  
  • Advising customers on delivery dates and emailing order confirmations.  
  • Answering questions about warranties or terms of sale 
  • Booking in weekly deliveries with customers, advising of any unexpected shortfalls. 
  • Assisting financial department with accounting enquiries or issues raised by the customer, issuing credit notes where necessary and required 
  • Build a strong working relationship with the Sales Managers you work alongside to deliver a seamless end-to-end service for customers.  

Specification

  • Previous administration experience of order processing 
  • Previous experience within a customer service / sales administration department
  • Beneficial if previously used SAP 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • You must enjoy working with large volumes of data and be able to maintain detailed and 
  • accurate records.
