📅 Temporary Assignment (Initially 1 Month)
We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a busy office environment on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
- Meeting and greeting visitors and customers
- Managing a busy reception desk
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Taking messages and ensuring they reach the correct person
- Signing in visitors and maintaining reception records
- Providing information and directing visitors appropriately
- Monitoring shared spaces and ensuring a professional front-of-house environment
- Supporting with general administration duties
- Managing incoming and outgoing post where required
About You
- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong organisational skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks during busy period
