We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of a busy regional office within a well-established, fast-paced organisation operating in the property sector. This pivotal role involves ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting a high-performing sales team, and delivering an excellent client experience. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.
Act as the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and welcoming clients.
Support the sales team with administration, coordination, and client management.
Manage diaries, appointments, and arrange viewings.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal systems.
Prepare marketing materials and ensure displays and office systems are up to date.
Oversee invoicing processes and support the monitoring of outstanding payments.
Manage compliance processes, including client onboarding and verification checks.
Take ownership of office facilities, including supplies, maintenance, and liaising with external contractors.
Ensure health and safety standards are met within the office.
Act as the main point of contact for IT queries and system support.
Build strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
Support wider business needs with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience in a client-facing or service-driven environment.
Knowledge of compliance processes such as KYC or similar would be advantageous.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
