Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Temporary for approx 3 months Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment / Compliance Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
Managing candidate compliance checks, including right to work, references, and documentation
Ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
Uploading and maintaining candidate data on internal systems
Chasing outstanding documentation and following up with candidates in a timely manner
Assisting with onboarding processes
Liaising with internal teams, candidates, and external bodies as required
About You
Previous experience in recruitment administration, compliance, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Proactive with the ability to use your own initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
IT literate, with experience using databases and Microsoft Office
