We are currently seeking a professional and organised Administrator to join a busy team in Aldershot on a 3-month temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
Deliver a friendly and professional front-of-house service.
Manage and distribute incoming correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
Coordinate meeting rooms and appointments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous administration or customer-facing experience.
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently.
Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
