About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless journey from booking through to vehicle collection. Working closely with customers and workshop teams, you will play a key role in coordinating service and repair activities while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage service and repair bookings efficiently
  • Welcome customers and respond to enquiries professionally
  • Create job cards and schedule workshop activity
  • Liaise with workshop teams to coordinate workloads and repair schedules
  • Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process
  • Carry out vehicle check-ins when required
  • Assist with warranty enquiries and service recommendations
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records using internal systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident using IT systems, databases, and internal software
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within an automotive, vehicle servicing, or aftersales environment
  • Knowledge of workshop scheduling systems or service booking platforms
  • Understanding of warranty processes and service-related administration
  • Experience coordinating work between customers and operational teams
