Our client, Redbridge Council is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Award-Winning Reach Out Domestic Abuse Service.
This post will last at least 3 months.
The pay rate is £45.20 per hour.

The role will involve the following:
- We are seeking a passionate social work manager who wants to make a significant difference to family's lives.
- This role will have lead operational responsibility for managing the Reach Out team which includes the Open Up behaviour Change team.
- Reach Out work across key departments such as children’s and adults social care and are Redbridge Council’s front door for individuals and families impacted by domestic abuse.
- The service operates borough-wide, supporting households with and without children.
- Reach Out is part of the Families First for Children pathfinders programme; the Team Manager role is instrumental at solutioning problems and improving outcomes for adult and child survivors of abuse.
- Hybrid working
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
- You will need to be an experienced manager
- You must have a strong and demonstrable understanding of domestic abuse and the Safe and Together practice model
