Completing this CIPD Level 3 qualification typically takes 12 months.
Most learners spread the four units over 6-12 months, spending two or three months on each unit.
There are no formal requirements for this CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice course, as long as you are over 16 years old, and you have good literacy and numeracy skills. Learners must also demonstrate a high standard of both spoken and written English.
If English is not your first language, we recommend achieving one of the following (or an equivalent):
IELTS: Overall score of 6.0, with at least 5.5 in each category
TOEFL: Overall score of 79, with a minimum of 17 in each category
Cambridge English: Grade C or above
