Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a long-term opportunity with a successful and growing business? We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Andover. Day-to-day of the role:
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Receiving, checking, and booking in goods.
- Processing kitting orders.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory information.
- Assisting with stock control and stock movements.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and workplace organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience within a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Valid Reach Truck Licence.
